Situated in an elevated position, the cottage enjoys a large terraced patio to the front with shrubs and ornamental lighting to the steps. On the ground floor the lounge incorporates a kitchen and dining area and enjoys the roar of a wood burning stove set within feature fireplace. The bathroom is also on the ground floor to the rear of the cottage beside a rear entrance which leads onto a private paved area, complete with log store. From the lounge, open tread polished wood stairs lead to the first floor where both bedrooms enjoy spectacular views over the dale towards Pen Hill.
