Set in the very heart of the town (next door to the 'Dartmouth Apprentice' restaurant - formerly the St. Barnabas Church) and with easy access to all local facilities including shops, galleries and pubs this is the recently developed four-storey coastal town house converted into three individual holiday apartments. The parking has been significantly renovated and is now an attractive landmark in this popular area of the town. Each of the flats have views over the River Dart across to Kingswear and out to sea with parking usually available in the road nearby (out of season) or in the long stay car park.
