This delightful character cottage can be found nestling within the grounds of the owners home in the picturesque village of Holtby, some 6 miles from York. Refurbished to a particularly high standard, the cottage enjoys a bespoke kitchen and a luxury bathroom, complete with French bateau bath and large walk in shower with rainfall shower head. A small paved patio with garden furniture and BBQ is situated to the front of the cottage, with access to the owners garden and orchard available too.
