Description of Croft Cottage
This attractive double glazed cottage with lattice windows and decorative climbing plants is set in a mature colourful garden, incorporating the older part of the now extended main house.
Entered from the main courtyard close to the parking area, the front door leads into a hallway with coats area and under stairs cupboard. To the right of the hallway is a well equipped fitted kitchen and at the end is a door leading to a spacious dining room with an additional sofa and a step leading down to a cosy sitting room with a comfortable lounge suite and an attractive open fireplace.
At the far end of the dining room a door opens into an additional coats area with a further door opening onto a beautiful sunken patio with lily pond containing goldfish. There is also an external shared utility room.
From the entrance hall stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a bathroom W.C. with shower over the bath and a large double bedroom, with en-suite W.C. and hand basin, overlooking the patio and extensive gardens.
Outside there is a brick bbq for the exclusive use of this property. There is parking available for one car with further spaces on request.
