Facing directly onto the cricket pitch and boasting magnificent views of Warkworth castle, Castle View is certainly aptly named. This 1930s semi detached property has recently undergone a total makeover to provide self catering accommodation to an excellent standard. The cosy lounge has large bay windows to take full advantage of the fabulous view and glass doors lead to the separate dining area which was a modern feature gas fire. The contemporary kitchen is well equipped and a sun room at the rear leads to a fully enclosed garden with patio area - an ideal spot to watch your children and dogs safe at play. An additional cloakroom is a useful addition. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a magnificent solid wood sleigh bed and enjoys the castle views; as does the single bedroom. At the rear, the second double bedroom overlooks the garden towards Amble Marina and the sea beyond. A squeaky clean fresh bathroom with raindrop shower over the p-shaped bath completes the picture.
