Occupying the whole ground floor of the East Wing of Braithwaite Hall, this delightful apartment enjoys a wealth of character and charm with an abundance of exposed beams. The entrance leads into a small hallway with desk, chair and information about the apartment and the immediate area. On the same level, a delightful bathroom features a roll top Victorian style bath complete with hand held shower and this room is decorated in a deep period colour. From the hallway, a short flight of steps leads to the remainder of the apartment with a large, light and airy kitchen, complete with dining area, leading through to a generously proportioned lounge and finally a truly superb bedroom with each of the latter rooms featuring 17th century Yorkshire stone fireplaces. Large lawned gardens surround the hall with bench seating from which to admire the stunning views stretching towards Middleham Moor gallops where hundreds of racehorses are exercised on a daily basis.
