This modern and stylish ground floor apartment enjoys a westerly aspect incorporating stunning sea views of the Atlantic and Lundy Island. It has an open plan living area with cherry wood flooring throughout and is complemented with a black leather sofa and a beige suede sofa, the latter converting to a bed on request. Selections of board games to enjoy on cosy evenings in are available. To one end is the kitchen area with granite worktops, well equipped with a breakfast bar and beech dining table and chairs. A small, unfenced, decked patio can be accessed from the living area. Accommodation is all on one level with the double bedroom having a low-level pine bed, and the bathroom being to the rear of the apartment. Under floor heating in the main living area keeps the apartment snug all year.
Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall. Open plan living/kitchen/dining area with TV, DVD, MP3, stereo, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. Bedroom 1 with Double. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
